Taking mine manual pump products as an example, the specific parameters are as follows: rated pressure (high pressure) 63 MPa; rated output flow rate 1.5mL/time; low pressure output pressure 5~10MPa; low pressure theoretical flow rate 12mL/time; hydraulic oil tank capacity 2L; The maximum handle force is not more than 350N, the diameter of the high-pressure plunger is 10.5mm, and the diameter of the low-pressure plunger is 28mm. When the pressure is between 10 and 20MPa, the handle force of the manual pump is only 45 to 90N, which is far lower than the specified 350N, and its efficiency is less than 30% of the rated efficiency.
