Grease injection
Select the connecting nut of the grease gun head (the grease gun is equipped with two nuts DM20x1.521”-14 threads). If the connecting thread on the valve or pipe is M20x1.5, place the M20x15 nut at the front, otherwise 1”-14 thread nuts.
Unscrew the screw cap on the front end of the grease gun (Note: The front end of the screw cap is equipped with connector M20x1.5 and 1”-14 thread nuts).
Put the sealing grease or butter to be injected into the grease gun barrel and tighten the screw cap of the grease gun barrel.
Tighten the grease gun head in front of the grease gun barrel to the connection port on the valve or pipe, and connect the quick-turn male connector at the rear end of the grease gun barrel to the quick-turn female connector in front of the ultra-high pressure manual pump oil pipe.
Tighten the unloading handwheel on the hand pump and press the handle until the sealing grease or butter is filled
If necessary, repeat the above steps
If the length of the grease pipe is not long enough, you can use a grease pipe provided in the box (unscrew the grease gun head in front of the grease gun barrel, screw it into the internal thread of one end of the oil pipe, and screw the other end of the oil pipe into the original grease injection gun) The position of the gun head and ensure that it is tightened without leakage). Pressure test: After the injection of the required sealing grease or butter is completed, refill the injection material (sealing grease or butter) and continue to press in the gun to see if the pressure index displayed on the pressure gauge installed on the hand pump reaches the request, if not, continue to press the handle until the pointer reaches the required pressure. After the grease injection and pressure test is completed, carefully disassemble and assemble the equipment, wipe it clean and put it into the packaging box.
