BHYJ Series Plate Heat Exchanger Pre-Tensioning Device

In order to alleviate the heavy physical consumption during the assembly and disassembly process of plate heat exchangers and improve work efficiency, the BHYJ series plate heat exchanger pre-tightening machine was specially developed. Product Details

In order to alleviate the heavy physical consumption during the assembly and disassembly process of plate heat exchangers and improve work efficiency, the BHYJ series plate heat exchanger pre-tightening machine was specially developed. This series of pretensioners uses hydraulic pressure as the power source, is compact, flexible, and easy to operate. It is one of the necessary facilities for plate heat exchanger manufacturers to use customers for production and maintenance.
Instructions for use:

(1) Inject 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil into the oil tank, and the amount of oil should be above the oil mark.

(2) Place the hydraulic cylinder on two pre-tightening bolts on each side of the tightening plate. The two nuts of the tightening plate should be tightly attached to the tightening plate and add spare pads. The inner hole of the pad should be similar to the thickness of the pre-tightened bolt, and a nut should be added to the pad.
(3) Pressurization. Turn on the power, start the motor, push the reversing valve, and load the cylinder. When the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is close to 50 mm, turn off the motor, stop pressurizing, and tighten (with a handle) the nut that has distanced itself from the tightening plate. Bring it back to the point where it is in close contact with the tight plate.
Adjustment
(1) When the pointer of the pressure gauge does not meet the design requirements, adjust the relief valve clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise to reduce pressure. Do so slowly and do not act too hastily.
(2) When a certain point cannot reach the pre-tightening design size, only operate the joystick related to that point to close the three unrelated shut-off valves, only open the last relevant shut-off valve, and pressurize separately.
